Weeting castle

 Date: 27th January 2007

Weather: Dry/Slight Breeze at times

Investigators: Dug, Tracey, Benny, Lee, Clive, Jim, Jason & Carey

The team split into two smaller teams. One team walked around the building and surrounding area whilst the other team went outside and also around the moat.  They then swapped over.

The investigation began in the hall where some investigators had a sickly feeling in the stomach, as we walked in.  It was also felt that it was colder and one investigator felt a pain in the left shoulder, whilst another investigators kidney area hurt.

Tracey was given the feeling of an area of a deep hole, similar to that of a well.  Takis felt that a tunnel ran underneath the castle to the outskirts of the moat.  He also picked up the name William.

We moved onto the next room, the services area, and it was at this point that one of the digital camera’s turned off.  This camera had fully charged batteries in at the start of the investigation.  The feeling of a male energy watching us from outside of the building foundations was felt, and again a sickly feeling felt by investigators.  At the top left hand side of the wall, as you faced the wall, a gargoyle was seen sitting there.  Not much more was felt here, so we moved on, leaving the guards room as a camera had been set up in there.

Staying inside the moat area, we walked around  the edge of the grounds and the shadow of a man bent over was seen separately by two investigators. It was felt that it was connected to a man who had died in the guards room from starvation.

In this area an aching was felt in the back of the neck, from the back of the skull, and again a feeling that this was connected to the guards room.  The words were given by spirit to Tracey that many lives had been lost here.

As we walked round further the feeling of a female energy was felt, she was shouting, and felt angry.  When we returned later in the evening to this area, a sickly feeling was felt when standing near a tree and it was given that this female lady had been hung by her wrists, and left to die.  She just hung there staring out and looking for her rescuers to come, but it was not felt they did and this was why she was so angry. Also a group of men had taunted and abused her whilst she hung there.  Takis was told that she was punished by witches.  Quite a few investigators had the feeling of neck ache in this area.

We now made our way to the outside of the moat where it seemed colder and darker.  On walking along this area, Jim and Clive had the feeling of being followed .  As we continued walking round the sick feeling returned stronger.  Takis picked up on a solider walking around, who was keeping just out of view.

Clive had the feeling of a person rushing past him from behind him heading towards the manor building.

Birds were seen flying over and yet no birds or bats were about.  Clive had a feeling of being stabbed in the shoulder by a sword and Lee kept feeling pains in his back.

Red lights were seen in various areas of the grounds periodically throughout the evening travelling fast and slow.  The feeling being given to Clive of his guts being ripped out, Takis’ stomach really hurt and several members felt uneasy.

Takis picked up the name William in the main hall.

Lots of orbs were picked up on video footage and still photos.
