Date of Investigation – 22^nd August 2008

Private Residence – Norwich

Investigators: Duggie, Tracey, Jason, Benny and Jayne

Start of Investigation -  9:26pm

Temperature of the house was a constant warm feeling. All temperatures given are in centigrade.

Jason, Benny & Duggie began by setting up the equipment whilst Tracey and Jayne were in the hallway. Jayne felt that there was a swirly feeling as she stood there and that there was more than one energy here.  Tracey was picking up on a male energy at first who gave his age as 50 but was then seen as 78 and had grey hair. A Carpenter whose name was Harry Stevens, felt to be a large man, tall with a big build. The time was felt to be around 1920.  Also May was given to Tracey and the name Katie. A lot of coughing was felt with this man, like he had a lot of catarrh on his chest and lungs.  It was felt he passed due to his lung condition.  A dog belonging to him was also picked up, this dog seemed large and wiry coated,

Jayne now picked up on a young woman in a green coat, 1940’s or 1950’s in style who had a red ribbon in her hair.  It was uncertain by both Jayne and Tracey as to whether this young girl was a relative to the man or not, but it was felt that they had not been alive at the same time, although they were aware of each other in spirit.  It was felt Katie only visited and was not held in any way.

9.46pm

On putting the final set up to the equipment upstairs, the sensor which Duggie had just walked away from, beeped but in many different tones and pitches, then switched off.  We then had to change the battery which has not happened to us before with this equipment!
Jayne shook visibly and said she felt like someone had walked over her grave.
It was felt that Harry also suffered with his legs.  He had been in the trenches in the war and had got cold legs.  He still had that feeling of coldness and pain which went with this.  It was felt that something was holding them here.   Harry knew he was dead although we felt the young girl did not know.  Harry often wakes up in the night with memories of his health and walks along the landing of the upstairs.  Harry appears to be quite sad, he said “He wanted to see May blossom before he passed.”  He seemed very patriotic, and said “I stood up for my country.”  He lost a brother in the war whose name was Alfred.

10.10pm

We then went to the ground floor bedroom and the EMF bleeped on the way, in the hallway 4.5MW and kept fluctuating up to 2MW.  The temperature reading was – 24.4C.  Tracey felt very cold in this room and had a very anxious feeling.  Duggie said he felt nervous; a feeling of being squashed and pressed on the shoulders like someone was leaning on him.  Jason had an eerie feeling.  Tracey felt a female energy and was given the name Rose White.  She had grey hair now but would have been black in her younger days.  It was curly, permed, short hair.  The time was in the 1950’s and the name Edith was given.  Jayne had a heavy feeling. 

Duggie had goose bumps on his arms and felt like something had just gone through him.  He was also feeling uncomfortable with his back to the bed.  Duggie’s arm was feeling cold to the touch.

The feeling was that her name was rose or that she like roses and her age was 63.  It was felt she did not want to speak with Duggie but happily communicated with Jayne.  Jayne discovered that this spirit had a personal message for Jason (not recorded).

We then went on to the living room where a temperature reading of 18.6 was taken.  The room felt calm and relaxed on entering.  The EMF beeped and the energy of a tall thin lad of 17/18 yrs was felt there.  Jayne was feeling backache at the bottom of her shoulders.

Jayne then picked up on family scene and could sense them sitting watching TV late 1940’s or early 1950’s.  There would have been a square style sofa then with chairs.  It was felt that the family was a father and 3 children, and no mum.  With one brother and sister together and the other was separate, in spirit.

As we sat in this room, many were saying they felt sleepy and the temperature was changing at times.  On one occasion Tracey said one leg felt cold and upon using the thermometer to check, one leg was 23C the other was 17c.

The young boy mentioned above, would often lean against his Dads knee.

It was felt the young girl was drawn to Duggie and this was due to his father figure side.

The next room we moved onto was the dining room, where a temperature reading of 16.2 was taken.  Tracey had a pain in her side and the EMF bleeped.  A noise was also heard from the door.

We decided to then investigate the kitchen where the temperature was 16.4.  A Shudder was felt but although the kitchen was cool, this felt ok and was not uncomfortable.

When walking down the stairs we felt like we were being watched from above and again the EMF bleeped as we descended.  At the top of the stairs the temperature was taken and was 17.  At this point Jayne felt like she had just walked through cobwebs.

As we all stood on the top of the stairs landing, the bathroom door suddenly swung open. It was felt that the two young children had done this.

In the main bedroom the temperature was 17, although Jayne’s temperature was 22.  A light energy was thought to be seen on camera.  Tracey had a slight ache or pain in head at this point.  Jayne was not feeling comfortable in the room and was feeling a slight ache.  A green light was seen travelling across from Tracey to Jayne, then to Duggie and finally out through the wall, by a few investigators.  We hoped the camera picked this up at the time.

The next room we went to was the small upstairs bedroom, where the temperature was 16.1.  It felt cold in this room and a general buzzing was felt.

Jayne’s temperature was 22.  Jayne picked up on a female energy who was tall, white, with long dark hair.  Jason felt a connection with this person and it was felt that this woman was a guide for him.  Her words were, “I am here to protect you throughout.”  Her name given sounded like Maria.

We then proceeded to the computer room upstairs.  This is where the trigger item was left and set recording from the start.  On checking it, the compass which was used as the trigger item kept pointing in different directions and behaving quite weird.  Upon placing two other compasses down they pointed in the same direction.

11.41pm We had a break for 10 minutes.

After beginning the investigation again we went to the living room upstairs.

Tracey felt she had to sit on the footstool and was told to be seen and not heard like a child; she felt unable to talk but just sit and listen.  An old lady was sensed shuffling around the room. 

Duggie experienced his right leg going numb.  A red orb was captured when he looked through the camera.  The orb appeared to be travelling towards him and getting bigger in the screen.  With this he took the camera away from his eye and stood up away from where he had been sitting.  A pain was being felt in the right hand side of Tracey’s shoulder.  This energy was thought to be nasty and it was felt he was intently waiting for the right moment.

We moved on to the dining room upstairs and smelt garlic.  The name Katie May was given.  She was wearing a coat with a muff and had a beret on.  The coat was blue/green.  She had wavy hair with one large bow over one pony tail.

Upon entering the downstairs bedroom, the bed lumped twice.  Jason asked if something could be moved by spirit and the sound of the walkie talkie’s left downstairs then made a sound.  This could not have been made unless someone was pressing the button.  When asked to make a noise twice it did so but no further sounds were heard.

We ended the investigation at 1.45am after another successful evening.
