Reason forInvestigation – Possible poltergeist activity
Date of Investigation: 7th February 2009
Investigators: Duggie, Tracey, Benny, Jason, Jayne and resident owners R and L (namesnot disclosed for privacy).
Investigation start time: 9pm
We started the investigationwith Duggie, Benny, Jason and male resident doing the walk round and basetesting.
As we sat waiting to start,Tracey was being shown an older lady in the living room standing by residentR. She appeared to be connected with himin someway. The description shown was alady in her early 80’s, with dark curly hair, she was rounded in size and wasvery protective towards the resident. Itwas felt that if she was not a relative he could remember, it was likely thatshe was a guide. As we felt she was not part of the investigation we thankedthe spirit for joining us and moved away to begin the investigation.
We started the investigationupstairs and as we made our way up the stairs, Jayne was ahead of Tracey. As she reached the top step Jayne almoststopped in her tracks, as she had felt the sensation that someone had justwalked through her. The energy was thatof a woman, she seemed surprised that we were there but even more surprisedthat Jayne had actually seen her. Jaynefelt that this lady was not a threat and was ok with us being there. The nameEthel Muggeridge and the date 1920 or 1924 were given.
We then went into the masterbedroom. The energy in this room was strong and everyone as they entered theroom experienced that feeling. Immediately Jayne was aware of a male energy. Duggie also was aware of a male energy; thisenergy was just staring at Duggie and would not take his eyes of him. The feeling that this male energy understoodthe strength of Duggie was made evident. The two names Marcus and Arthur was given and the surname Bamforth orBamford were heard. Two ages were given, 24 and 50. A scar was seen across the face of the maleenergy. Duggie described the face asugly. The hair of this male wasdark. He was wearing trousers thatappeared to be casual and yet smart, some of the investigators were complainingof cold areas around the legs and feet on one side of the bedroom. The male energy was saying that he had ownedthis land.
Duggie was picking up on themale saying he was not happy with the male resident R. Tracey was being given the image of a beam ofwood, large in its structure and as we were recording this the EMF went off. Tracey was being told this was an originalbeam.
Duggie was once again beingtold by the male energy that resident R, should remember what he was ashamedof and that he was not to play gameslittle boy. It was at this point that resident R who had been relaxing on thebed shot bolt up right and looked incredibly nervous. He said he had just seen more than one shadowmoving around the bedroom.
The strong feeling that thismale energy did not realise that he had passed over was evident, although itwas felt that he had some reason to believe something had happened to him.
As the resident was clearlyshaken after seeing the shadows, it was felt that he should go downstairs withDuggie and Benny to chat about what he had seen. As soon as the others had gonedownstairs the energy remaining seemed to change and was not as strong or asthreatening, as we had seen an energy follow them downstairs.
Everyone else remainedupstairs, in the master bedroom, as we stood there the male energy was giventhe feeling that he was quite protective over the female resident L.
The energy gave theimpression that the moving of the large beam from one of the upper rooms todownstairs had made him angry. At thispoint Jason had a heavy feeling around him and resident L’s back had gone verycold.
Jason was standing beside theenergy and was feeling that this man was a farmer. Jayne was picking up that hewould not have done the farming but organised the work to be done.
It was felt by both Jayneand Tracey that the gentleman we were now talking to was not the same as Duggiewas talking to, so this led us to realise that when Duggie was talking to themale in the master bedroom that he had been speaking to two energies. To explain; one energy was over shadowinganother to give the impression that there was only one person there, althoughwe had been given two different ages two names etc. It was also felt that theolder gentle male spirit had remained with us upstairs and the young male whocame across angry at resident R had gone downstairs with the others.
Tracey spoke to the oldermale spirit and asked him, if he was happy and would he like to think aboutwhether he would like to be helped to pass over. He said he would think about this and Traceysaid she would ask again at the end of the evening.
We now moved from this roomto the second bedroom and although this room felt a bit cool, only the smell ofHyacinth was present and no other information was given to us.
We now moved on to theoffice, this is where the beam we had talked about in the master bedroom hadbeen taken from and moved downstairs. Ontouching the beam Tracey was being shown the picture of the barn in itsoriginal state, and could smell potatoes that had been stored there.
Jayne also touched the beamand she was being shown hay and could smell horses.
Tracey was being given thefeeling of a lady and man having an illicit meeting in this barn upstairs andfrom this affair a child was conceived (a young girl).
At this point the EMF meterwent off as Benny moved in the room and the energy of a young girl was seenfollowing him as he moved.
The name Mary Ellen or MaryAnn was given and the colour yellow was being shown. It was felt that she liked Benny due to himhaving girls of his own.
Once again as Benny movedout of the office past the EMF with the child following, the EMF triggeredagain.
We now moved to thebathroom, where a male voice could be heard shouting.
Jayne was picking up on theyounger man who had previously followed the others downstairs (Marcus), theyhad now joined us again and so this explained his appearance again. Jayne felt that this male had passed overbefore 1800 and that this man was the one with the scar on his face. Jayne felt the wire on the EMF being pulledas she stood there. The anger felt fromthe male energy was strong and was having an effect on Jayne. Resident R had been sitting next to her andwas looking very pale and withdrawn so we moved about so that Tracey replacedresident R to give support to Jayne.
Jayne was being given thepicture of a woman connected with Richard who had long dark wavy hair, she wasa slim woman. The energy named Marcussaid that this woman had changed everything. He referred to this woman as a bitch his words were they are all thesame; the energy said she should not have been brought here into thehouse. The woman was felt to have hadsomething to do with his death or taking his own life (It was realised laterthat Resident R had moved to the barn house with a dark haired lady asdescribed by the male energy Marcus. Itwas felt that the lady had in a previous life time been with Marcus, but shewas not a nice person and had treated both Marcus and resident R in this lifetime bad and so they had both been victims of her deeds).
We decided to go and have atea break as this had been quite stressful for all concerned.
On beginning theinvestigation again, we decided to use the Ouija board under controlledcircumstances.

It was felt that this energywas that of the male energy Arthur and the energy was not strong enough tocontinue, so we ended the session with him.

For this session wespecifically asked for Marcus the young male energy to join us on the board.
As soon as Marcus joined uson the board the energy was so strong on the glass and the glass was movingfast.

Tracey explained to Marcusthat resident R had sent the lady away and that she had gone.

Tracey explained thatresident R had also sent him away. Marcus through the board asked Where to, show me. resident R said

Marcus said resident R wasgood. Marcus tried to tell us on theboard that he was aware resident R had a new lady love he was now with and thiswas good.

Q: Because resident R had anew lady now and there was no need to be angry anymore about the dark hairedone as she had gone

Tracey explained thateverything is now ok. Marcus appeared tobe happy and kept repeating he would be quiet now and trust, friendship withresident R good he kept saying.
Marcus suddenly spelt outBluecloud (Tracey’s guide). Tracey asked if Bluecloud was with him and he saidyes and that he was very strong.
Marcus told resident R totrust his new partner and she was to trust him with this he then took the glassto goodbye and was gone.
Before we finished theevenings investigation Tracey, Jayne and Benny went upstairs to the masterbedroom to where Arthur was waiting still. Tracey with the help of Jayneconnected back with him and through Tracey’s instruction Jayne asked Arthur ifhe had decided if he wanted to pass over. He was nervous but did want to so the process was completed and Arthurwas helped to go to the light.
We were then about to get upwhen we realised that Marcus had entered the room, so we settled ourselvesdown, connected with him to understand why he had joined us. He had come to terms through the board thatthe past connecting him with resident R had been sorted out and he was nowready with the help of Benny and Jayne to go to the light. This was not an easy process and it took sometime to encourage him to move forward with the support of the investigators, togo to the light but they worked well together. After a little while the connection was closed and the relief andoverwhelming feeling was given to all that they had helped two lost souls andgive them peace.
We made our way backdownstairs to end the investigation at 12 midnight.
