Date of investigation – 1st December 2007.

Investigators -
Team 1 - Tracey, Benny, Lee Vicky & Jason
Team 2 - Gavin, Jason, Jim, George & Clive

Duggie spent time with both groups.

Team 1 started the investigation walking from the car park to the centre of the field and up to the first tree. Walking on from here we had only walked about 10 yards and Lee was complaining of a headache. We continued walking towards the right to where the treeline was near the house and Jason was aware of a shadow behind Tracey at the same time as she mentioned the feeling of being followed.  Tracey was aware of a tension type headache suddenly affecting her.  Lee and Benny carried on right up to the corner, but Vicky felt she did not want to go any further closer to the corner, so the rest of us waited until they returned.

We carried on round to the left away from the house following the edge of the field.  Tracey was seeing a lady carrying buckets like a milk maid, unaware of this Lee mentioned he was feeling a pain in his shoulder on the right hand side.

Vicky was aware of a female energy giving the name of Shirley to her, she said she was passing through and not held here.

Jason was picking up on more than one male energy following us, curious, he felt they did not want to come to close, other members were also picking up on the two men.  Jason felt these two men would have known each other and would visit the site regularly.  Vicky was once again getting a message from the energy named Shirley, who was saying “You must be careful” it was felt that she was protecting us. Tracey saw a shadow walking from left to right.  Shirley was once again communicating with Vicky saying “She ran out of time”.  When asked if she died here she replied no, she had die naturally.  Stopping near the lake, Jason said he did not like this spot.

Shirley was confirming that the two male energies near the house would not come any closer to us where we stood, they are not allowed she said, but they had nothing to do with her.

As we continued to work along the edge on the left (car park side) the other team were at that time near the house.  Shirley told Vicky that she was worried about the other team and said the words “ that’s how it all started”, although we did not understand what?

Lee was experiencing a pain in his head again as we walked to the middle where the tree was.

Shirley now said she was not needed so said goodbye and left us.

The name Sir Ivan was given to Tracey

The name Lewis Jamison was given to Duggie

The feeling that the house on the land was active, it was also felt that a ley line ran through this land from the car park end flowing towards the water end.

Team 2 started the investigation with Duggie, George, Gavin and Jason going ahead to find the site and after finding it Gavin, George and Jason go on ahead. Duggie and George then joined them after seeing 3 stocky men walking towards them.  George shone the torch on them and they disappeared only to reappear when the torch was turned off.

We headed away from the other group to the outskirts of the site and it was then that Duggie got the felling as if we were looking in on somebody/something. It was felt that there would have been a building or something similar there. Gavin and George both got the feeling that they were being watched from the area of some bushes. Gavin then saw a feminine figure stood by a large pond. All the hairs on the back of Georges neck stood up and at the same time everybody else was getting the feeling of pressure on there heads.  Duggie decided to call out  to see if there is anybody there as we saw a figure standing about 40ft away from us, but when the torch is shone on him, he disappeared. Duggie spotted somebody walking across the site but as they were getting closer the figure disappeared. Gavin got the feeling that there was somebody behind his left shoulder and George who is stood by his left said that he felt that somebody was by his right shoulder.  It was felt that somebody was trying to let us know they were around us but didn't want to be seen. Duggie asked if somebody was playing games with us at which point Gavin picks up on the name Brian. The figures that we kept seeing now appeared walking in plain view.  Duggie felt that they were from the 12th century and would not think twice about causing us harm. George then saw a figure stand up in front of our group from behind a bush and disappear.  When Duggie called out again, we all felt uncomfortable with our backs to the bushes. A light was seen moving by a nearby gate and then a light near the floor, like a match being struck. We decided to head off to a wooded area. Gavin felt that the path we walked on would have been used regularly by villagers, like they were going to the market. Duggie got the feeling that there was somebody in the hedge row and called out but with no response. At this point Duggie walked off to join in with the other group and as he left Gavin felt that something had come in closer to the group and called out.  The smell of timber and apples is smelt in the air for a very short time. Gavin saw a white figure stood but the single track road. We then moved on to the large pond, slipping in a lot of mud, (I hope it was mud).

Gavin picked up on the action of a woman going into the water, either diving in to get something or her body was thrown in dead and also the names Jayne and Elisabeth, possibly could have been Elisabeth Jayne. Gavin and George both got the feeling that the presence of the man was a menacing one and did not like the fact that we were there. We decided to walk around the outside of the site looking in. We agreed that the closer we got to the outside the more peaceful it felt. Gavin decided to head off into the middle on his own and called out for something to happen.  Upon doing so he was given the name Richard. George saw the shadowy figure following the other group, so we decided to follow behind but not to close to disturb them. Gavin called out and said that if they wanted us to leave then could they show us a sign. George asked why they can't show themselves to us and with that Gavin said that he had the image of a stocky man running towards George, roaring/screaming at him. Once he got up to his face, he disappeared. George said that he had felt threatened at the time of this happening. We all got the feeling that we were going to get ambushed, so Gavin called out to try and provoke a reaction. We decided to meet up with the other group. Duggie said that we should head in to one of the bushes; so we headed over there straight away. Gavin asked if anybody is feeling anything; George said that he felt depressed and uneasy. Gavin said that he felt that the rolls have been reversed, so called out for them to let us know that they are there with us, with that the feeling of being the hunted returns. George called out for them to show themself. Gavin and George headed to the other side of the bush and called out for them to show themselves again, meaning no disrespect, just wanting to understand them. The presence of a male is felt right in front of us, as if he is just stood there watching us, the feeling was getting stronger, Gavin asked if they wanted us to leave then they must give us a sign and we will.  Duggie walked up behind about 15ft away and said that there is something in the bush.  Gavin said “this one is not as brave, not threatening, I don’t want to say the word cowardly” and with that Duggie let out a yell and started to try and run. He fell to the ground and was franticly trying to get up but kept slipping. When Gavin and George got to him they try to calm him down but his eyes were transfixed on the bush. All of a sudden he tried to get going again but Gavin and George held onto him trying to keep him calm and find out what had happened. He asked what was said and we told him what Gavin had said.  Duggie said a stocky pit-bull looking man came running at him right up in his face as if he wanted to kill him!, The rest of the group had came running over to find out what was going on and it was decided that it was a sign so with that we headed back to the car park to discuss the evening as a group.

The investigation ended about 11.30
